Mid-Autumn Festival Company Gathering Brightens the Factory Floor
As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, our factory held its annual company gathering to celebrate the occasion and honor the hard work of every team member on the production line. The evening brought together staff from manufacturing, quality control, engineering, and sales for a night of food, laughter, and recognition.
The event opened with a short speech from management, thanking employees for their dedication throughout a busy production season. Special recognition went to the teams responsible for the consistent output and quality of our high-frequency transformers and ferrite cores, two product lines that have seen strong demand from customers in the power supply, new energy, and consumer electronics sectors.
A traditional lantern display and mooncake sharing session followed, with employees from different departments sitting together and exchanging stories. Games and a lucky draw kept the energy high, while the highlight of the night was the "Best Team Spirit" award, given to the winding workshop team for their outstanding collaboration and on-time delivery record this quarter.
"The Mid-Autumn Festival is about reunion, and tonight our factory family is together," said the plant manager. "Every high-frequency transformer and every ferrite core that leaves our line carries the effort of the people in this room."
The gathering concluded with a group photo under the lanterns, a reminder that behind every shipment is a team that works as one.
